I have never had a doctor spend as much time with me as Dr. Ferrell did. She addressed and answered all of my concerns. She even did a referral for me as we were talking. If you are looking for a doctor who cares about your health and well being, I HIGHLY recommend her.

Dr. Farrell is one of two doctors I've known in my life who are knowledgeable, approachable with the ability to break medical jargon down into terms that make sense. Most importantly, she takes her job of taking care of me very seriously and is not afraid to tell me that the best approach may not be the one I prefer! I'd much rather have this type of physician in my corner than one who throws pills at me and tells me to go away!

I can’t stress enough how pleased I am with this visit. From start to finish this was so smooth and efficient. Dr. Jennifer Ferrell was amazing and so knowledgeable. She is very down to earth and laid back. Every step of the way she helped me make informed decisions about my healthcare. I wish I could give this clinic 2-3x the stars, because 5 just isn’t enough! Thank you Dr. Ferrell!!

Out of all the physician’s I have seen, she was the best! Spent a hour listening and getting to know me. Very professional. Explained the process of how her clinic and treatments work. Willing to do weekend and after hour visits! Wow! Just amazed how much she cares about her patients. I had the first best visit and I can’t wait for all my others! Who knew I would be excited to go to the doctor!

Dr. Ferrell and the staff at PHP are great. She takes the time to listen to what the issue is and isn’t trying to rush to the next patient. In my case she does a fantastic job of communicating with my specialists and coordinating my care.

I really like Dr. Ferrell and the entire staff at Primary Health Partners, always pleasant and helpful. This is the way a doctor’s office should be ran, old school and about the patient’s needs! Dr. Ferrell actually listens to you and your concerns, and takes the time to explain things in an easy-going, friendly way. I never feel like the appointment is rushed. I know my health is in good hands with Dr. Ferrell and the PHP team!

Dr. Ferrell is one of the best doctors I have been to. (Which I’ve been to a lot over the years) She will look at data (bloodwork) but also “listen” to you and hear how your body is doing. She is never in a hurry. Also, quick to get back with us if we have any questions. She spends time getting to know you and your family. She truly is a gift. We are so thankful we found her.

The overall treatment I receive from Primary Health Partners is phenomenal. I want to be selfish and tell everyone how terrible Dr. Ferrell is just so I can keep her all to myself. But, the best gift I can give is hope that someone not only read this but chooses her as their provider. She is very thorough, caring beyond words and attentive to my needs. She responds very quickly to any questions that I have. Robin, her/my nurse, is equally amazing and patient. Lesa, front desk, is always friendly. I’m thankful for my PCP team. (I have a complex medical condition and have been treated very poorly by other providers throughout my life. Not once has this team made me feel less than. They are constantly doing what they can to help me. This team is truly special and set apart.)
